LY-RM-1113 Cutting System
The LY-RM-1113 is a no-die cutting system for small-batch packaging production and sample making. It supports full/half-cut vibration cutting, creasing, drawing, and grooving on materials up to 50mm thick (e.g., corrugated board, greyboard, ABS board, EVA, foam) with ±0.05mm accuracy and a working area of 1100×1300mm. Featuring automatic tool setting, CAD/AI/DXF import, and a built-in vacuum system, it delivers precise, reliable operation.
With a maximum cutting speed of 1200mm/s and two independently driven work heads, the LY-RM-1113 enables continuous multi-tool operation without mold change. Its high frequency oscillating knife and creasing wheel set deliver clean, burr-free edges and uniform creases on both thin and thick materials. Optional camera registration, V-grooving tools for greyboard/paperboard, and a kiss-cut tool for self-adhesive materials further expand its capabilities for rapid prototyping and low-volume custom production.
